Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure of Zinc Aluminum Hybrid Composite Cast Alloys

چکیده
The matrix material ZA27 alloy was used in the production of metal composite material. SiC and graphite were as reinforcement materials study. with 10% SiC, 2.5% , 5% 7.5% + 5%, 7.5%, by weight hybrid produced. microstructures examined SEM EDS results discussed. In investigations, graphites had a heterogeneous nucleating effect during solidification alloy. addition, thin dendrites showed tendency to become spherical heat treatment.
